How to Play — TV Shows
TV show charades works like movie charades but with one extra signal — make a rectangle with your fingers to indicate "TV" before acting. TV shows often have recurring actions or catchphrases (without saying them!) that make them recognizable. For "Friends," the classic couch scene or the "we were on a break" gesture. For animated shows like "SpongeBob," the characters themselves are distinctive enough. Reality shows can be acted out by miming the competition — cooking for MasterChef, singing for The Voice. If the show has a theme song with a famous dance, mime that dance!
